Tender for Endeavour
This is the plan provided for what the kit calls the Lifeboat. It scales to a little over 13'. Endeavour requires a crew of 15-25, depending on its purpose at the time, and was built primarily as a racing sailboat. So we'll repurpose the lifeboat to act as a tender instead. 
This is the keel, not included in the instructions but since a proper tender would have a keel... The keel was formed by laminating 4 strips of the supplied 2nd planking. This picture shows a rabbet being cut in the keel to receive the garboard plank.
