All set for the kit to arrive
The kit finally arrives
The contents included laser cut wood pieces, brass winches and wheel, sail cloth, three different colors of string, (5) sets of drawings and instructions

11/15/15 - The build begins
Hull framing: I took the number of the pieces off the instructions and numbered each wood piece while still in the plywood sheet. The instructions do not include dimensions and some of the pieces are similar. I was happy I used pencil to mark the pieces because I had to make some changes.
